Who is responsible

INDIGO SOLUTIONS LLC, based in New York, NY, United States, operates Choosello and determines how personal information collected through this website is used. Send privacy questions or requests to hello@choosello.com, with the subject 'Privacy request'. This policy covers Choosello, not the external merchants we link to.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form, we receive your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, the topic you select and your message. You can also email us directly. We use this information to respond, handle a correction or privacy request, prevent abuse and maintain records of the conversation.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, identification documents, medical information or other sensitive information through the form. We do not offer customer accounts, accept product orders or collect payment information on this website.

Technical information and security

Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, network security, form verification and email transport. It processes technical information needed to deliver and protect these services, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request time, browser and device information, and security signals.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated abuse. Verification occurs before a message can be sent. We also apply request limits and a spam-trap field. These measures may process an IP address, browser signals and a short-lived verification token. The application does not store a separate contact database and is configured not to log message bodies, email addresses or verification tokens. Infrastructure providers may retain operational and security records according to the service configuration and their policies.

Cookies, local storage and advertising

This release does not run advertising pixels, affiliate-tracking scripts, visitor analytics, session recordings or advertising cookies. Searches and comparison selections are processed in your browser; we do not create a visitor profile. Page preferences are not stored in browser local storage.

Security services may use strictly necessary technical storage or signals for fraud prevention. Read our Cookie Policy for details. We do not use your contact message to target ads, sell your personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not change your treatment based on a browser's Do Not Track setting because this release performs no behavioral advertising tracking. The same no-sale and no-sharing behavior applies when Global Privacy Control is enabled. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide the choices or consent required before they run.

Who receives information

Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed to run the site and respond to you. Cloudflare handles hosting, anti-abuse checks and email delivery. Messages to hello@choosello.com are forwarded to our operator's Google-hosted mailbox, where Google processes and stores the correspondence. We do not put form messages into advertising platforms or the internal affiliate research system.

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not provide contact-form submissions to merchants for their marketing.

External links

Opening a manufacturer or merchant link takes you to that organization's site. It receives ordinary connection information from your browser and applies its own privacy and cookie practices. Our launch product links contain no affiliate identifiers, and our referrer policy suppresses the referring page on external requests. Future affiliate tracking, if introduced, will be described before use and disclosed on the relevant pages.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process contact information to respond to your request and technical information to provide and protect the website. Where a law requires a legal basis, these activities generally rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with visitors and securing the service, steps taken at your request where relevant, or compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will request it and provide a way to withdraw it. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and security

Contact correspondence is retained while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward where needed to document the outcome, address follow-up questions or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the request, any unresolved dispute and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to delete correspondence; we will explain any lawful reason for retaining it.

Form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the receiving mailbox and hosting account should be restricted to authorized operators. No system is completely secure. If a security incident triggers a notification obligation, we will follow the applicable requirements. Provider backups and security records may be removed on a different schedule from active correspondence.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without sending a message. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. We may request proportionate information to verify a request, but will not ask for your password. An authorized agent may contact us where permitted. We respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any applicable exception, and do not discriminate against visitors for exercising privacy rights. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator. We do not claim that every state or international privacy statute applies to this business.

Location, children and policy changes

Choosello is operated from the United States and currently publishes a US-focused catalog. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your state, province or country. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we must use an appropriate safeguard before making that transfer.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
