1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Choosello (choosello.com) is operated by INDIGO SOLUTIONS LLC, based in New York, NY, United States. You can contact us at hello@choosello.com. These terms cover this website and its comparison, guide and contact features. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. The site is intended for an adult audience.

2. We are a publisher

Choosello provides product information, comparisons and buying guides. We do not operate a checkout, take payment for the products featured, hold inventory or enter into a product purchase contract with you. We do not act as the manufacturer, seller, importer or the merchant's customer-service representative.

If you choose to buy from another website, your purchase is governed by that merchant's terms. The merchant is responsible for its checkout, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns and order handling; the relevant seller or manufacturer handles applicable product warranties and safety obligations. Contact them about an order. This explanation does not exclude responsibilities the law places on Choosello for its own conduct.

3. Information, selection and limitations

Our initial comparisons are based on linked manufacturer documentation and our interpretation of suitability. We have not physically tested the featured products. We distinguish source facts from editorial opinions and do not claim that the shortlist covers every product, retailer or price.

Research dates record when information was reviewed. Product specifications, availability, regional versions, prices and merchant policies can change after publication. Verify the exact model, final price, shipping eligibility, voltage, compatibility and returns with the merchant before buying. A listed feature or suggested use is not a guarantee that a product will meet your needs.

Content is general information, not individualized medical, legal, financial, electrical or other professional advice. Follow manufacturers' instructions and applicable safety requirements. Seek qualified advice where appropriate.

4. Affiliate links and sponsored content

The manufacturer links in our launch catalog are ordinary links and do not currently earn us commissions. We may later enter affiliate relationships and earn compensation when qualifying purchases or actions follow marked links. We will identify these relationships near the relevant content and update our disclosure before enabling them.

5. Acceptable use

You retain ownership of messages you send us. You authorize us to use those messages only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate a correction, maintain our services and meet legal requirements. Sending a message does not authorize us to publish it as a testimonial or add you to a marketing list.

7. Links and third-party services

External links lead to sites we do not operate. Their content, privacy practices and terms are their responsibility. A link is not a guarantee of that site's availability, security or conduct. We may correct or remove links at any time. Please tell us about suspected unsafe or misleading destinations.

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but the website and its content are provided on an 'as available' basis. Any court or jurisdiction provision applies only where lawful; these terms do not require private arbitration or waive class-action rights.
